I really enjoy Mediterranean/Greek food and I’ve always been a bit sad that there wasn’t any in the areas I frequent. So I was Very Excited to notice a new restaurant in Surprise near Bell and the 60 called Hummus Republic. I made a point to go try it out and am happy to report that it’s wonderful!
The restaurant just opened up a couple of months ago and is bright and tidy with plenty of parking around it. The staff was friendly and explained their menu. The service was quick, the prices fair and the green and white styling of the customer space made it seem very fresh and clean.
They have a wide range of menu options. Some are mix and match so you can create your perfect meal. Others are already set for you and you just order and enjoy. The veggies in my meal were fresh and the whole meal tasty and filling. Way better and healthier than typical fast food and there’s plenty on their menu that would appeal to kids too.
If you’d like to go, the restaurant is located in the shopping center behind the Home Depot. I first saw it when I went to the Firehouse Subs that is just a few steps away. Enjoy your meal!
