The National Park Service Junior Ranger program is a great way to get to know national parks. Fun activies for the whole family help you connect to parks and their stories. General National Park info can be found here: https://www.nps.gov/index.htm
Also, it’s not part of National Park Week but still looks pretty neat. Especially for families that don’t really know how to camp but want to try it out. https://azstateparks.com/family-camp Arizona State Parks have a program where families can camp with rangers who supply some of the necessary gear and show you how to use it all. They are full already for this spring but maybe they have a fall session you can hook up with?!?
